About The Position

CEO Life is seeking an entrepreneurial Chapter President for Chicago who can excel at selling directly to CEOs, Founders, and C-suite executives and leading a high-performance team to do the same. This is a leadership role where the ability to engage and close at the executive level sets the standard for the entire chapter. It's an entrepreneurial opportunity where income directly reflects impact. The Chapter President will lead an exclusive 5-person Executive Leadership Pod, driving growth and excellence for CEO Life in the Chicago market. Responsibilities include implementing the Founding 20 Member Discovery System, personally enrolling executives, and building a recurring income stream. The role involves architecting a premium executive community and contributing to CEO Life's vision of uniting 50,000 leaders across 150+ chapters by 2030.

Requirements

Proven closer with demonstrated success selling to CEOs, Founders, and C-suite executives.
Deeply connected within the Chicago business community at the executive level.

Track record of executive-level business development, sales, or entrepreneurship.

High emotional intelligence and ability to build authentic trust with CEOs and senior leaders.
Leadership experience coordinating teams or managing complex, results-driven initiatives.
Unwavering commitment to member experience excellence at the C-suite level.
Ability to balance personal executive sales performance with chapter-wide leadership responsibilities.
Must be a local candidate in the Chicago, IL market.

Responsibilities

Lead by example on the sales floor, personally prospecting, engaging, and closing CEOs, Founders, and C-suite executives.
Coach Chapter Directors to consistently close 3-10+ executive-level members per month.
Organize and host monthly signature events designed exclusively for CEOs, Founders, and C-suite leaders.
Drive attendance, create transformational peer experiences, and use events as pipeline opportunities.
Cultivate sponsorship opportunities and collaborative relationships.
Foster an environment where executive members feel genuinely connected, supported, and valued.
Track all prospecting activity, member interactions, and pipeline data in CRM systems.
Document consistently and maintain a clean, active pipeline of executive prospects.
