About The Position

CEO Life is seeking entrepreneurial Chapter Presidents to lead exclusive 5-person Executive Leadership Pods. The role involves selling directly to CEOs, Founders, and C-suite executives, and leading a high-performance team to do the same. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity where income directly reflects impact. Chapter Presidents will implement the Founding 20 Member Discovery System, personally enroll executives, and build a recurring income stream through members, partnerships, and chapter performance. The goal is to architect a premium executive community that becomes the cornerstone of business leadership in their city, contributing to CEO Life's vision of uniting 50,000 leaders across 150+ chapters by 2030.

  • Proven closer with demonstrated success selling to CEOs, Founders, and C-suite executives.
  • Deeply connected in the local business community at the executive level.
  • Natural leader who can inspire a team while continuing to perform personally.
  • Motivated by unlimited earning potential tied directly to sales impact and chapter growth.
  • Skilled at operating independently while building and leading a high-performance team.
  • A track record of executive-level business development, sales, or entrepreneurship.
  • Credibility and presence to engage influential decision-makers as a peer.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build authentic trust with CEOs and senior leaders.
  • Leadership experience coordinating teams or managing complex, results-driven initiatives.
  • Unwavering commitment to member experience excellence at the C-suite level.
  • Ability to balance personal executive sales performance with chapter-wide leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Sales Leadership: Personally prospect, engage, and close CEOs, Founders, and C-suite executives, and coach Chapter Directors to do the same.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Guide four Chapter Directors across specialized industry verticals, setting the standard for executive outreach and enrollment, and coaching the team to close 3-10+ executive-level members per month.
  • Executive Event Execution: Organize and host monthly signature events for CEOs, Founders, and C-suite leaders, driving attendance, creating peer experiences, and using events as pipeline opportunities.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate sponsorship opportunities and collaborative relationships to generate additional revenue and deepen CEO Life's market footprint.
  • Chapter Culture & Member Experience: Foster an environment where executive members feel connected, supported, and valued, focusing on member retention through relationship building.
  • Operational Excellence: Track prospecting activity, member interactions, and pipeline data in CRM systems, maintaining a clean and active pipeline.
