About The Position

CEO Life is undergoing a significant transformation with new leadership, advanced infrastructure, and a successful model for connecting high-achieving executives. We are seeking four elite Chapter Directors per location who excel at opening doors with top-tier executives (CEOs, Founders, C-suite) and converting those connections into business relationships. This is an entrepreneurial, commission-based role designed for relationship-driven professionals who can engage at the highest levels of business leadership and generate recurring income. The estimated annual earnings range from $70,000 to $150,000+, with uncapped potential, allowing for part-time hours and flexibility to manage existing ventures. As a Chapter Director, you will be part of an exclusive 5-person Executive Leadership Pod focused on market growth. Your main objective is to identify, engage, and recruit CEOs, Founders, and C-suite executives into the CEO Life community. You will utilize our brand, systems, and national momentum to build a sustainable income stream, driven by your ability to connect with and sell to decision-makers at the highest levels of organizations. We are expanding to 50,000 global leaders, and early partners are joining a movement. Each chapter requires four Chapter Directors, each responsible for a distinct market segment, with the target audience consistently being CEOs, Founders, or C-suite leaders.

Requirements

A proven closer with a track record of selling to — not just alongside — CEOs, Founders, and C-suite executives
Deeply networked within your industry at the executive level
Entrepreneurially minded, motivated by unlimited earning potential
Skilled at building authentic peer-level relationships with the most influential leaders in any room
Comfortable operating independently while contributing to a high-performance team
Demonstrated success in executive-level business development, sales, or entrepreneurship
The credibility and presence to engage C-suite decision-makers as a peer
High emotional intelligence and natural relationship-building ability at the top of the org chart
The drive to build a six-figure income by converting executive relationships into membership enrollments
A professional presence that commands respect among Founders, CEOs, and senior leaders

Responsibilities

Establishing relationships with CEOs, Founders, and C-suite executives within your industry niche
Leverage CEO Life's proven LinkedIn automation and outreach systems to target executive-level decision-makers
Enroll 3–5+ new members monthly — every one of them a top-tier executive (top performers average 7+)
Host and drive attendance at monthly signature events designed exclusively for executive leaders
Collaborate with your Executive Leadership Pod to deliver exceptional peer-level member experiences
Build long-term wealth through the recurring commissions generated by the leaders you bring in
