About The Position

Fellowship Community is seeking a part-time Chaplain to support residents, families, and staff through meaningful ministry and presence in a Christ-centered community. This role involves building relationships, providing spiritual support, leading worship services, and collaborating with staff to foster a supportive, faith-driven environment. The Chaplain will also be responsible for documentation and contributing to the growth of ministry programs.

Requirements

• Ordained minister (Bible Fellowship Church preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a heart for serving older adults
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using technology for documentation and communication
• Committed to Fellowship Community's mission and RISE Core Values
• Ability to meet moderate physical demands, including walking, standing, and light lifting

Responsibilities

• Build relationships through resident visitation, counseling, and spiritual support
• Lead Bible studies, devotions, and monthly worship services
• Participate in family conferences, funerals, and hospital visitation
• Collaborate with staff and contribute to a supportive, faith-driven team environment
• Document visits and assessments while helping shape and grow ministry programs
• Regular presence in the Manor with monthly teaching and worship leadership
• Maintain confidentiality, safety, and infection control standards
• Complete required trainings and comply with HIPAA and regulatory guidelines
