About The Position

The Resource Chaplain delivers expert spiritual care, crisis intervention and support of patients, their supporting community, and IU Health colleagues. Responsible for on-call services as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
• 0-3 years of spiritual care experience in a related field
• A minimum of one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited preferably through the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

• Master of Divinity Degree or its equivalency from an accredited institution as certified by the Association of Professional Chaplains or cognate body with similar standards preferred
• Endorsement and maintenance of endorsement by a religious community
