Requirements

  • Master’s of Divinity degree. Completion of at least 4 units of training in an ACPE, Inc. accredited program.
  • Previous experience in a hospital preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to minister to various faiths and diverse needs and/or complaints in an effective manner.

Responsibilities

  • The Hospital Chaplain provides patients, their families, and hospital and medical staff with religious and spiritual resources.
  • This is accomplished through pastoral care, counseling and educational services.
