About The Position
The Chapel Choir Cantor leads the assembly in singing hymns during Masses and other university liturgies and services. The role serves in the Chapel of Christ the Teacher and in other spaces across campus.
Requirements
- Ability to read music.
- Ability to learn music and hymns rapidly.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Self-starter.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with and reverence for the Roman Catholic Mass, and a desire to learn more about it.
Nice To Haves
- One year of cantor experience in a school or parish setting.
- Formal voice training.

- Lead the assembly in singing hymns during Masses and other university liturgies and services in the Chapel of Christ the Teacher and other campus spaces.
