About The Position

We are looking for a commercially driven Channel Solutions Manager to grow and strengthen our channel partnerships across the region. This is a sales led role with a strong technical edge, sitting at the intersection of relationship management, business development, and solution delivery. Based in Vancouver, this role involves travel across the Canada West region, enabling close connection with partners and customers, and offers the flexibility to work remotely from home when not travelling. You will take ownership of key channel accounts, working closely with partners to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and position Gallagher’s solutions with confidence and credibility. You will also support complex opportunities, bringing enough technical understanding to influence outcomes and reduce delivery risk.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally within the technology or security industry
  • Experience contributing to tenders, proposals, and complex deal structures
  • Proven experience in low voltage or security systems installation and maintenance
  • Proven ability to work with channel or partner led sales models
  • Confidence supporting solution based sales with a level of technical understanding
  • Strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Commercial focus with a track record of driving growth and results
  • A proactive and self driven approach with high levels of accountability

Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing key channel partner relationships to drive revenue and market expansion
  • Developing and executing account plans while identifying and enabling new partners
  • Driving new business through the channel and supporting partners across the full sales cycle
  • Contributing to complex opportunities including solution positioning, presentations, and tenders
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver strong commercial and technical outcomes
  • Maintaining pipeline visibility, forecasting, and market awareness
