About The Position

Requirements

  • Prior experience in managing sales channels, including distributors, resellers, or channel partners, is essential.
  • Prior experience in developing sales strategies, key account management, contract negotiation, and customer service.
  • Completed degree in Engineering, Architecture, IT, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related fields.
  • Ability to travel when needed

Responsibilities

  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics and indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the progress and success of sales initiatives
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share in the Americas region.
  • Take quick and effective measures to resolve problems or obstacles that may arise in the sales process, ensuring that goals are met or exceeded
  • Possess knowledge of the AECO market, including familiarity with competing solutions and the channel partner market in the focus region (USA, Canada)
  • Possess mastery and lead the internal sales forecasting process
  • Lead the Indirect Sales process and quarterly management of the Channel Partner portfolio
  • Work together with the regional Sales Leader on the strategic channel and distribution plan
