About The Position

This role is situated within the VS&A North America Channel Strategy and Programs Team, which drives the core programs and strategic initiatives powering our partner ecosystem. As a key support pillar, this role focuses on advancing revenue-generating channel initiatives, monitoring overall partner lifecycle health, and managing partner loyalty programs. Additionally, the team is responsible for the end-to-end operationalization of Channel Programs and delivering seamless, strategic operational support to scale our North American channel operations. As the Channel Program Operations Lead, you are the architect and guardian of our channel ecosystem. This role is designed for a high-initiative tactical problem solver who thrives on finding friction in a system and fixing it. You won't just be managing a list of programs; you will be identifying operational gaps, designing scalable solutions, and working directly with leadership to ensure our Go-To-Market (GTM) efforts are seamless and data-driven. Success in this role means obsessing over the "user experience" of our programs—constantly asking, “How do we make ourselves easier to do business with?” for our partners and our internal stakeholders alike.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years experience in channel operations, sales operations, marketing operations or sales management.
  • Proven track record of improving or scaling business processes.
  • Experience in a role requiring high levels of cross-functional influence and leadership.
  • Advanced Data Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a must.
  • Comfortable with complex formulas (VLOOKUP, Index/Match, Pivot Tables)
  • Proven ability to reconcile large, messy datasets manually when necessary.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
  • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice To Haves

  • A Natural Self-Starter: Energized by ambiguity, takes full ownership of projects, demonstrates unwavering commitment to operational excellence.
  • Inquisitive & Analytical: Asks "How does this scale?" and "What happens if we change this variable?", looks beyond the surface of a problem, applies rigorous critical thinking to break down complex issues and dive into data to inform decisions.
  • Strategically Minded: Possesses strong business acumen, understands that operations is the backbone of strategy, can communicate complex process changes to leadership by focusing on business impact and ROI, comfortable engaging with external partners and senior leaders at a professional level, proactive in communication.
  • Unwavering Reliability: Demonstrates a high commitment to deadlines and transparency, communicates roadblocks early with a proposed workaround.
  • Bias for Action: Proposes fixes for issues, approaches challenges by presenting a drafted framework or a "straw man" solution.
  • Trusted Partner: Adept at building and earning the confidence and trust of cross-functional partners, particularly Sales leadership, through reliable execution and transparent communication.
