Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years in industrial or B2B channel marketing, digital marketing, B2B marketing, integrated marketing, or relevant distributor‑focused roles.
  • Excellent relationship‑building, communication, and influence skills across cross‑functional teams and external partners.
  • Proven ability to lead complex marketing initiatives end‑to‑end with measurable business impact.
  • Strong expertise across digital marketing, campaign orchestration, content creation, partner enablement, and event activation.
  • Strategic and creative thinking, with the ability to identify and seize new opportunities and solve complex problems.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to measure and report on the impact and ROI of channel marketing activities.
  • Proficient in using various channel marketing tools and platforms, such as SFDC, CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, and social media.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
  • Evidence of using AI to drive efficiencies and/or channel marketing effectiveness.
  • Ability to travel domestically on a quarterly basis, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated channel marketing plans, placing significant emphasis on digital marketing strategies that align nVent enterprise marketing objectives with distributor priorities, driving joint growth and improved partner engagement.
  • Translate customer, market, and partner insights into actionable strategic recommendations and differentiated value stories.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders, providing a clear point of view on marketing priorities, opportunities, risks, and ROI.
  • Build strong, trust‑based relationships with distributor marketing teams; identify joint opportunities and drive collaborative execution.
  • Represent nVent in strategic marketing planning discussions with partners, aligning on KPIs, campaigns, business needs, and growth pathways.
  • Mentor junior channel marketers, raising capability and consistency across the Channel Marketing team.
  • Own end‑to‑end activation for multi‑touch, multi‑channel partner campaigns (digital, events, email, paid media, webinars, social, content syndication).
  • Lead execution of high‑impact channel events, partner trainings, and demand‑generation initiatives that elevate nVent brand awareness and solution visibility.
  • Develop and deliver partner‑ready toolkits, sales enablement assets, and co‑branded content that support adoption and conversion.
  • Collaborate with distributor digital teams to plan, execute, and optimize co‑branded digital campaigns across eCommerce, paid media, email, social, and content syndication.
  • Leverage distributor and internal performance data to inform campaign strategy, optimize digital tactics, and evaluate ROI.
  • Define, manage, and report performance metrics across campaigns, events, and partner programs, translating insights into action; leverage Salesforce CRM to manage initiatives, lead generation and KPIs.
  • Leverage data to optimize activation, test new approaches, and deliver measurable improvements in engagement, adoption, and ROI.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of channel processes, templates, planning cadences, and toolkits to scale excellence.
  • Ensure all channel marketing activities align with nVent brand standards, voice, and enterprise positioning.
  • Champion “One nVent” storytelling across campaigns, events, and partner touchpoints—demonstrating the solution breadth and integrated value that nVent delivers.
