GW&K Investment Management seeks an experienced Channel Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including driving new content development, coordinating webinars/events and managing partner materials submissions. This individual will directly drive the growth and success of key distribution channels, including RIAs, broker-dealers, and wirehouses, by facilitating engagement and supporting business objectives. This role will be responsible for increasing advisor engagement and accomplishing channel objectives through multi-channel marketing initiatives. Success in this position will have a measurable impact on advancing business priorities in collaboration with the broader marketing team. The Channel Marketing Manager will work closely with National Accounts and Sales teams to align marketing programs with distribution priorities, while serving as the primary liaison between advisory distribution channels and GW&K’s marketing organization. This role will play a key part in developing and evolving GW&K’s advisory channel marketing efforts. Responsibilities include expanding digital engagement, enhancing advisor-facing campaigns, and building GW&K’s channel function as the business continues to grow.
