This position is responsible for driving strategic growth in the assigned channels through marketing programs, promotional development and execution. This includes assisting in developing and executing marketing plans, implementing promotional plans and supporting new product launches with sales and other marketing disciplines. This Channel Marketing Manager role is responsible for devising, launching and maintaining all Makita products and marketing programs and promotions for customers to grow Makita’s product sales within the US. Other responsibilities include responsibilities for creating and developing marketing resources (product displays, digital applications, etc.) to channel customers and sales representatives. This also includes managing tactical execution elements associated with channel management, including communications, marketing program support and budget/expense management.
