About The Position

Vanguard has an exciting new opportunity for a Channel Marketing Media Strategist to work in our FAS Marketing Channel Strategy team. You will help plan and execute channel marketing plans while providing operational support to drive results. Core Responsibilities Core media AOR liaison, managing day-to-day relationship, ad-hoc requests, experimentation and broader strategy implementation of the Media team Independently manage compliance and trafficking process and submissions Audit and create new workflows for the assurance of timely and accurate campaign launches Coordinate and manage annual planning timeline and agency performance review Lead all non-campaign, agency-led projects (measurement architecture, agency scope and performance reviews, budgeting and invoicing, etc.) Work across internal teams to establish new workflows, ensure successful completion of projects, maintain quality expectations all while holding key stakeholders and teams accountable. Represent FAS in media discussions across all LOBs; Ensure divisional priorities are being met and identify mutually-beneficial opportunities for collaboration Identify areas of overlap or contradiction and connect internal teams to resolve Lead retrospectives with teams to optimize the process of planning, coordinating, and executing digital marketing campaigns. Assist media channel leaders with campaign management whenever possible What it takes: Minimum five years related work experience, two years of marketing experience. Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required. Graduate degree preferred. B2B marketing experience preferred. Project management experience required. Requirements
