About The Position

We are looking for a high-impact Channel Marketing Manager to serve as the architect for our next phase of growth. We have an established foundation in offline channels—Direct Mail, Telemarketing, and Site Visits—but we are ready to challenge the status quo. You will be given the mandate to evaluate, optimize, and potentially rebuild our existing channel strategy while leading the charge into the digital space (Email, Paid, and Social). This is a role for a "full-stack" marketer who is equally comfortable auditing a legacy telemarketing script as they are building a modern digital lead-gen funnel from scratch.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or military experience
  • At least 5 years of multi-channel digital marketing experience in Financial Services, Fintech, Payments or other highly regulated industry
  • At least 3 years of people management experience

  • Bachelors in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Consumer Behaviors
  • 7+ years leading digital marketing strategy and programs
  • 3+ years of vendor management
  • 2+ years of experience developing or executing Email Marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders and working cross functionally

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a deep-dive evaluation of our current Direct Mail, Telemarketing, and Site Visit programs to determine ROI, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Identify gaps in the current strategy and lead the transformation of these channels—rethinking everything from messaging and targeting to vendor selection and team structure.
  • Manage and mentor the existing channel team. Evaluate talent needs and, where necessary, restructure and hire to ensure we have the right people in the right seats to meet modern marketing demands.
  • Design and execute the roadmap for our entry into Email, Paid Media, and Social channels.
  • Move from "strategy" to "launch"—overseeing the implementation of digital campaigns that complement and amplify our offline efforts.
  • Identify the tools and platforms required to bridge the gap between physical site visits and digital nurturing.
  • Establish a single source of truth for channel performance. You will define the KPIs for what "success" looks like in a modern, multi-channel environment.
  • Reallocate and optimize the marketing budget based on data-driven insights, ensuring we are investing in the highest-impact touchpoints.
