PURPOSE OF POSITION The Channel Manager is responsible for driving new business activity and increasing proposal volume through strategic channel partnerships and targeted distribution efforts. This role owns a national production quota tied to activity generation, qualified opportunities, and proposal flow. Working closely with the Definiti Sales team, the Channel Manager develops and executes channel strategies, builds partner engagement, and generates qualified opportunities that support new business growth, while not being directly responsible for closing sales.
