Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, or a related field graduating in 2027 or 2028.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Interest in B2B sales, channel management, industrial manufacturing, or distribution.
  • Demonstrated leadership through internships, student organizations, athletics, or volunteer activities.
  • Ability to analyze trends and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Overall: analytical skills, relationship management, Excel proficiency, cross-functional collaboration, and commercial/business acumen

Responsibilities

  • Support distributor relationship management by maintaining regular communication, tracking performance, and assisting with issue resolution.
  • Assist to analyze distributor sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and channel gaps.
  • Help coordinate pricing, promotions, and program launch activities across the distributor network.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure distributor needs and customer requirements are met.
  • Assist in developing reports, presentations, and recommendations to improve channel performance, market coverage, and revenue growth.
