The Channel Director leads all broad-market channel revenue across the Americas, spanning every market segment. The role builds and scales the distributor and independent sales representative network, and owns the training and enablement programs for both the field applications engineering team and the broader sales organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in channel sales, distribution management, or channel sales leadership in the semiconductor or broader technology hardware industry.
  • Demonstrated success building, managing, and scaling a network of independent sales representatives and/or distributors.
  • Experience designing commission structures, pricing programs, and partner performance scorecards.
  • Strong analytical skills, executive presence, and cross-functional collaboration; willingness to travel regularly across the Americas region.

Responsibilities

  • Own full revenue responsibility for all channel-driven business outside of named strategic accounts, across every market segment.
  • Build, manage, and continuously optimize the distributor and independent sales representative network — partner recruitment, evaluation, and territory coverage — as the business scales.
  • Define success metrics and performance targets for the channel, and hold the network accountable through a regular cadence of partner business reviews.
  • Design and administer commission and pricing structures for the channel, adjusting for market, customer segment, and product life cycle.
  • Establish and coordinate technical trainings for the field applications engineering team, and onboarding/ongoing training for the broader sales organization.
  • Represent channel performance to senior leadership, and partner with sales, marketing, and product teams on go-to-market strategy.
