The Channel Development Lead defines the sales product strategy for single or multiple lines of business targeting specific markets and/or business segments. The Channel Development Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. Requirements

  • 4 or more years of technical experience
  • 2 or more years working with telephony IVR or CRM application
  • 2 or more years of project leadership experience
  • 2 or more years of sales experience in the health solutions industry
  • experience collaborating with key stakeholders on strategic initiatives
  • experience communicating with strategic level Leaders
  • ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • PMP Certification
  • Active or previous health license for Medicare
  • Experience training and/or coaching professionals

Responsibilities

  • Develops key performance indicators to drive sales program effectiveness and to ensure cost efficiencies.
  • Provide data driven expertise and management reporting to improve sales performance and increase market share.
  • Develop go to market strategies and identify new business opportunities to increase overall sales portfolio.
  • Identify key areas of improvement through trend and utilization analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders, marketing and finance to ensure effective, strategic, and competitive sales plans.
  • Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.
  • Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
  • Owner of strategic initiatives/projects by bringing big-picture strategic thinking and analytical ability.
  • Connects the dots between different program to visualize the big picture.
  • Effortlessly moves from strategic mindset to tactical implementation, pivots with change of direction and priorities and can visualize “on the fly” during critical strategy discussions.
  • Translate specific sales strategies into executable programs, project, priorities, timelines and roadmaps.
  • Communicates status, priorities, strategies and success metrics to various stakeholders including management and other team members.
  • Collaborates with a variety of stakeholders including MarketPoint Leadership, peers, partners, and others as necessary.
  • Serve as a thought partner to the MarketPoint leaders by displaying a professional presence and strong communication abilities.
  • Lead meetings effectively to ensure that there is shared understanding amongst all participants.
  • Execute project plans to ensure that often arduous timelines are met.
