About The Position

Yodeck is a fast-growing SaaS company aiming to disrupt the digital signage industry. We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Channel Account Executive to join our Partner Team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a high-volume, dynamic environment and is passionate about fostering strong business relationships. The Channel Account Executive will be responsible for onboarding and nurturing mid- to large-sized partners, managing a portfolio of new and existing partners, and focusing on building long-term relationships to drive mutual success. The core of this role is creating meaningful connections and supporting partner growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in B2B, preferably in SaaS.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to forge and maintain valuable partner relationships.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing a high-volume workload effectively.
  • Enjoys collaborating within a team environment to achieve shared goals.
  • Willingness to adjust working hours to accommodate the needs of global partners.
  • Demonstrates a strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate market insights, partner performance data, and competitive trends into actionable business strategies.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of how the Partner Channel ecosystem operates.
  • Experience managing reseller accounts and partner portfolios.
  • Proficiency with Hubspot, Impartner, Google Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of active partners, including prospecting, onboarding, training, assisting with proposals and quotes, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Own and deliver against commercial targets, including recurring and new business revenue, partner-sourced and influenced revenue, pipeline creation, and deal conversion.
  • Identify and develop new business upsell and expansion opportunities within partner accounts.
  • Proactively identify new partner-led opportunities, end customers, and vertical use cases.
  • Collaborate with partners to uncover new opportunities and integrate them into the Yodeck ecosystem.
  • Actively collaborate with partners and direct sales on qualified joint co-sell opportunities, supporting deal strategy, pricing, and closing.
  • Ensure proper deal registration and pipeline hygiene.
  • Monitor partner performance, identify gaps, and take action to improve activation, engagement, and revenue contribution.
  • Lead regular business discussions/reviews to understand partners’ objectives, provide education on Yodeck’s solutions, and explore collaboration opportunities.
  • Conduct comprehensive demos of the Yodeck platform, addressing partner needs and demonstrating value.
  • Act as the advocate for partners within Yodeck, relaying feedback and insights to refine strategies and offerings.
