About The Position

The Changeover Supervisor assists in the supervision of the part-time changeover operations team during setup, breakdowns, and changes for events. This role ensures that changeovers are completed safely, in the correct configuration for each event, and in a timely and thorough manner.

Requirements

• A minimum of three years’ general labor and supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of mechanical functions
• Previous facility experience is preferred
• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Experience with CAD preferred
• Must have access to reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Physically perform and assist with event setups, changeovers and daily operations tasks
• Act on all relevant information from Operations Manager and Changeover Manager for event setups and changeovers
• Train new part-time operations department employees and participate in the interview process as needed
• Operate and distribute tools as required in connection with changeover and project use
• Perform facility operational tasks required in keeping up the facility on non-event days
• Directly supervises changeover/operations crew as well as all team leaders.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Legends Global policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees in conjunction with HR.
