About The Position

Coordination of the operational changes and releases of all live service elements, with focus on planning, coordination of resources and activities, and version controlling, whilst maintaining quality and minimising risk. Ensuring that Release and Change Management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are reported, and their targets are met. Coordinating with DevSecOps Engineers and other technical teams for deployments, automation improvements and release optimisation. Collaborating with project and operational teams to ensure effective system change and release implementation. Assisting in support models set up and in managing transition of projects and new services into the business-as-usual model. Coordinating with suppliers, contractors, 3rd parties, etc. to ensure timely change and release implementation and contractual fulfilment, when applicable. Follow up on the release and operational changes activities at all the stages of release and change lifecycle.

Requirements

• Excellent understanding and practical knowledge of ITIL service management processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Event and Knowledge Management.
• Proficiency with IT service management tools as defined or agreed by the CA.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and configuration-management tools.
• Strong coordination and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a multicultural, multi-vendor operational environment.
• Excellent ability to manage multiple high priority efforts/competing priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations or/and IT service management and delivery.
• Experience in working within ITIL-aligned frameworks and structured change and release management processes.
• ITIL Foundation or higher (or equivalent) certification.
