About The Position

Requirements

Experience in Change Management, project coordination, or a similar role.
Experience using ServiceNow.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Ability to facilitate meetings and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate change management meetings.
Coordinate and manage change requests throughout the change lifecycle.
Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful implementation of changes.
Communicate updates, timelines, and impacts clearly to all involved parties.
Track and maintain change documentation and reporting.
Utilize ServiceNow to manage and monitor change activities.
Prepare reports and documentation using Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
Foster positive working relationships while ensuring established processes are followed.
