Change Manager

Luster National•Los Angeles, CA

About The Position

Luster is building a talent pool for future Change Manager roles supporting large, complex heavy-civil infrastructure programs, including highways, roads, bridges, transit, aviation, and water/wastewater projects delivered through traditional and alternative delivery methods. This posting is for anticipated future needs, not a currently available specific opportunity. Selected candidates may have their profiles activated in the specialty-area talent pool and be notified first when a project need arises. Change Managers support the change control process, independently analyze submitted entitlement, cost, and time, maintain accurate and traceable scope, cost, schedule, and technical baselines, and provide program leadership with a defensible position before funds are committed. Assignments may range from a single contract package to a program-level change function. Responsibilities and complexity vary by experience level. The expected salary range is $125,000–$200,000 per year ($60–$96 per hour). The amount offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, education, certifications, licenses, and geographic location. Luster describes its work environment as inclusive and diverse. Positions may be subject to a background check and drug test after a conditional offer. Accommodations for the application process are available by emailing [email protected].
