Change Manager

Luster National•Fresno, CA
•$125,000 - $200,000

About The Position

Luster is seeking Change Managers for future roles supporting large, complex heavy civil infrastructure programs. Projects may include highways, roads, bridges, bus and rail transit, international airports, and water/wastewater infrastructure, delivered through traditional and alternative delivery methods. The role supports change control and develops independent analysis of submitted entitlement, cost, and time impacts. It also maintains accurate, traceable scope, cost, schedule, and technical baselines and provides program leadership with a defensible position before funds are committed. Assignments may range from a single contract package to a program-level change function. The position is intended for future hiring needs rather than a currently available opportunity; selected candidates may be activated in Luster’s talent pool and notified when a relevant project need arises. The role’s scope and complexity vary with experience level. Change Managers support changes from initial identification through entitlement determination, pricing, negotiation, approval, and executed change order. They coordinate independent evaluation and documentation, work with program stakeholders, and communicate change exposure and risk to decision-makers. Luster offers a salary range of $125,000–$200,000 per year ($60–$96 per hour). The compensation offered may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, certifications, licenses, and geographic location. Luster describes its work environment as inclusive and committed to a diverse workforce. Positions may be subject to a background check and drug test after a conditional offer, consistent with applicable regulations.
