About The Position
Our client, a leading Canadian bank, is seeking a Change Manager / Delivery Manager to support Cash Management transformation initiatives. This role will focus on change delivery, business readiness, stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and implementation support across multiple Agile releases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Change Management and/or Delivery Management experience.
- Previous experience working within a banking environment.
- Experience supporting projects in Capital Markets, Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, GTB, Treasury Management, or Cash Management.
- Strong knowledge of Cash Management products.
- Experience working within Agile environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support change management and delivery activities across multiple projects and releases.
- Conduct impact assessments and support operational readiness planning.
- Coordinate implementation, testing, rollout, and business readiness activities.
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Partner with business, operations, product, and technology stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
