About The Position

Serve as the OCM representative within the Order Engineering domain, driving Power User adoption strategies and mitigating risks throughout the entire project lifecycle. Support the behavior change from local tools to SAP-based time capture and explain the relationship between posted hours, network activities, backlog status, and scheduling. Identify opportunities where Organizational Change Management (OCM) services such as Business Transformation, Training, Process Mapping, and Communications can add value to your domain. Upskill on domain knowledge and deliver hands-on training at different plants and facilities for deployments, responsible for keeping training resources updated and organized. Act as the primary liaison between domain stakeholders, Power Users, and the OCM team, gathering process-related feedback, requirements, and identifying risks. Translate domain knowledge and BA specifications into clear, compelling training documentation and Single Point Lessons (SPLs) using Scribe in English and Spanish (framework training provided during onboarding). Maintain, organize, and track training deliverables through structured dashboards (monitoring total vs. completed SPLs per sprint). Collaborate with different change management functional areas to deliver accurate and timely information. Share insights and recommendations to support smooth adoption of changes and alignment with organizational goals. Work closely with Business Analysts (BAs) and Product Owners (POs) to keep up to date on system enhancements and changes impacting users. NOTE: This role requires travel to different plant locations in North America: 50–75% (maximum of 2 consecutive weeks per trip).

Requirements

  • Ability to explain the end-to-end ETO/CTO process from configuration and sales order through engineering, manufacturing, delivery, and billing.
  • Ability to navigate representative transactions and Fiori apps, interpret statuses and document flow, and distinguish system defects from process, data, training, or authorization issues.
  • Subject matter expert / working knowledge in the aligned SAP S/4HANA domain area to minimize the onboarding curve.
  • Training experience & knowledge of adult learning principles for plant and operational environments.
  • Documentation skills & instructional design experience (adhering to branding guidelines and generating high-quality resources in Scribe).
  • Ability to track execution and maintain clear dashboards (tracking SPL requirements, training delivery, and risk escalation).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability to identify patterns, operational risks, and adoption roadblocks early in the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder management – skilled at building relationships, asking the right questions, and extracting actionable insights from Power Users.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-site project environments and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Effective time management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passion for user experience, human-centered training design, and simplifying complex concepts through storytelling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Willingness to travel 50%–75% (maximum of 2 consecutive weeks per trip).
  • Valid Passport and visas are required for occasional travel across US, Mexico, Canada.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Working knowledge or hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA within the assigned business domain.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, process improvement, training delivery, or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple streams of information and deliverable dashboards.
  • The Change Manager should have a strong understanding of Project System (SAP PS); Production Planning integration (SAP PP); SAP Fiori engineering backlog and time entry
  • Must have: practical SAP SD knowledge, process-change leadership, training/facilitation experience, and the ability to work with operational users and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with cross-domain foundational knowledge such as Business Partner, Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Center, Purchase Requisition, role/authorization and integration awareness
  • Ability to Interpret engineering activities, planned dates, assigned work, workload, and statuses such as REL, PCNF, and CNF.
  • Understand how engineers record progress, actual dates, and final confirmation and how these updates affect project visibility.
