About The Position

This role serves as the Organizational Change Management (OCM) representative within the Finance business domain, focusing on driving Power User adoption and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle. The position involves identifying opportunities for OCM services like Business Transformation, Training, Process Mapping, and Communications. The Change Manager will gain domain knowledge, deliver hands-on training at various plant locations, and maintain training resources. They will act as a liaison between stakeholders, Power Users, and the OCM team, gathering feedback and requirements. A key responsibility is translating domain knowledge and BA specifications into training documentation and Single Point Lessons (SPLs) in English and Spanish using Scribe. The role requires maintaining and tracking training deliverables through dashboards and collaborating with other change management functions. The Change Manager will also work closely with Business Analysts (BAs) and Product Owners (POs) to stay updated on system enhancements. This role requires significant travel to plant locations in North America (50-75%).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Organizational Development, Finance/Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Willingness to travel 50%–75% (maximum of 2 consecutive weeks per trip).
  • For Mexico-Based Roles: Valid Passport and US Visa are required for occasional US travel.
  • Working knowledge or hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA within the assigned business domain.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, process improvement, training delivery, or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple streams of information and deliverable dashboards.
  • Subject matter expert / working knowledge in the aligned SAP S/4HANA domain area to minimize the onboarding curve.
  • Training experience & knowledge of adult learning principles for plant and operational environments.
  • Documentation skills & instructional design experience (adhering to branding guidelines and generating high-quality resources in Scribe).
  • Ability to track execution and maintain clear dashboards (tracking SPL requirements, training delivery, and risk escalation).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability to identify patterns, operational risks, and adoption roadblocks early in the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder management – skilled at building relationships, asking the right questions, and extracting actionable insights from Power Users.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-site project environments and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Effective time management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passion for user experience, human-centered training design, and simplifying complex concepts through storytelling.
  • Working knowledge of Finance dependencies/integrations with MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales & Distribution) is a strong plus.
  • Experience with critical processes and transactions such as FAGLL03H (GL Line Item Display), VA03 (Display Sales Order) and associated Document Flow activities, MB51 (Material Document List) and associated Document Flow activities.
  • Experience with End-to-End financial analysis, reconciliation, and cross-functional document flow troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between domain stakeholders, Power Users, and the OCM team, gathering process-related feedback, requirements, and identifying risks.
  • Translate domain knowledge and BA specifications into clear, compelling training documentation and Single Point Lessons (SPLs) using Scribe in English and Spanish.
  • Maintain, organize, and track training deliverables through structured dashboards (monitoring total vs. completed SPLs per sprint).
  • Collaborate with different change management functional areas to deliver accurate and timely information.
  • Share insights and recommendations to support smooth adoption of changes and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with Business Analysts (BAs) and Product Owners (POs) to keep up to date on system enhancements and changes impacting users.
