About The Position

The Boeing Company is seeking a Change Management Specialist (Level 3) to join their Electrical Systems team in Everett, WA. This role requires a candidate with an understanding of change management, engineering design, part fabrication, supplier knowledge, and production and manufacturing processes. The specialist will integrate product/process change requirements, document changes in manufacturing environments, prepare and present in change boards and to leadership, and lead cross-functional teams. They will also collect and prepare electrical data for analysis and production use, including designing ingestion methods, validating and cleaning data, applying transformations, reconciling discrepancies, and producing production-ready datasets. Additionally, the role involves reviewing and analyzing metrics for compliance with regulatory requirements, making recommendations for improvement, reviewing technical statements of work, and monitoring compliance with change incorporation plans.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with baseline management
  • 3+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

  • 3+ years of experience with leading or managing projects involving cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
  • Understanding of practical application of organizational change management methods and tools (Boeing examples include: Engineering Tracking and Control (ETAC), Engineering Change Authoring System (ECAS), Change Processing System (CPS), Automated Commitment Management System (ACMS), Intra Boeing Exchange (IBEX), Commitment Development Schedule (CDS), and Fireview)

Responsibilities

  • Integrates product/process change requirements and document changes in change incorporation plans in manufacturing environments.
  • Prepares and presents in change boards and to leadership.
  • Leads cross-functional teams.
  • Collects and prepares electrical data for analysis and production use.
  • Designs ingestion methods, validates and cleans raw data, applies transformations and enrichments, reconciles discrepancies across sources, and produces documented, production-ready datasets for downstream consumers.
  • Reviews and analyzes metrics to ensure compliance of product definition change with regulatory requirements; makes recommendations to improve compliance.
  • Reviews technical statements of work to ensure accurate description of change.
  • Monitors compliance with change incorporation plans.
