About The Position

The Change Management Manager will lead change management efforts for complex, multi-departmental projects, ensuring alignment with the organization's change maturity level. This role involves establishing scalable change management practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing change documentation, measuring change success, and mitigating risks. The manager will also develop communication materials, facilitate stakeholder engagement, support training and communication initiatives, and serve as a trusted advisor on change management best practices. Additionally, this role will act as the communications lead for the Change Management team and the broader Delivery Transformation Program.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading change management initiatives or managing complex corporate projects.
  • Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority.
  • Proactive in identifying and mitigating risks related to change resistance.
  • Skilled at securing buy-in and support from stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Comfortable with understanding and leveraging technology.
  • Strong collaborator, effective in working with others across all levels of the organization.
  • Must have experience standing up a change management practice from scratch.

  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Change Management Efforts: Apply a structured methodology to drive change management activities for complex, multi-departmental projects, ensuring alignment with the organization's change maturity level.
  • Establish Scalable Practices: Develop and implement scalable change management toolkits and frameworks to ensure consistent execution across all initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Project Managers, Stakeholders, Training teams, and external vendors to seamlessly integrate change management into project plans. Align logistical support, planned releases, and operational readiness with strategic business goals.
  • Manage Change Documentation: Oversee the creation, execution, and maintenance of all project-related change management documentation, including user impact assessments, feedback surveys, focus groups, and retrospective sessions.
  • Measure Change Success: Define and establish adoption metrics and other key performance indicators to measure the success of change initiatives.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and resistance to change, and develop strategies to mitigate these challenges effectively.
  • Develop Communication Materials: Design and create essential collateral such as presentations, talking points, FAQs, SharePoint content, and other communication materials to support change initiatives.
  • Facilitate Stakeholder Engagement: Lead dialogues with Sponsors, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to identify and address obstacles, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Support Training and Communication: Lead the design, development, delivery, and management of training programs and communication plans for various projects and initiatives.
  • Consult and Advise: Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners and stakeholders at all levels, promoting awareness and understanding of change management best practices in alignment with the company's overall strategy and market trends.
  • Communications Leadership: Act as the communications lead for the Change Management team and the broader Delivery Transformation Program.
