About The Position

Zachry Group is seeking a Construction Change Management Lead for our industrial projects to manage the cost and recovery of extra work/transfer of scope caused by Vendors, Subcontractors, Engineers, or the Client. This position reports directly to the Change Management Manager. Tasks include mentoring/training change coordinators, investigating extra work issues to establish the root cause, and determining the avenue for cost recovery.

Requirements

• Experience in construction change management.
• Ability to investigate issues and determine root cause.
• Skills in cost management and recovery.
