About The Position

This role involves driving and assisting with projects related to various Micron Execution System (MES) applications, aligning and optimizing system setups globally with a focus on Best-Known Methods for Traveler and Process Control. The position leads local and global projects to optimize MES system setup, and as the application owner, provides training, feedback, and solutions for fixing issues to the team. It also involves implementing software system improvements, updates, and upgrades, coordinating business processes and QMS components for efficiency and adherence to requirements, and promoting internal and external customer focus. A key aspect is maintaining the integrity of the QMS/business process during planned changes to ensure customer requirements are met. Experience or interest in utilizing AI tools agents such as CoPilot or Claude for process improvements is also mentioned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of semiconductor FAB experience.
  • Strong data analysis and computer skills.
  • Working knowledge of MES systems and applications.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and assist with projects related to various Micron Execution System (MES) applications.
