About The Position

As a Change Management Consultant, you will be responsible for driving results with customers and their needs regarding cloud and data infrastructure. Responsibilities will include conducting strategic planning for enterprise-wide technology changes and leading customers through smooth deployments of Google Workspace. Through this digital transformation you will be instrumental in facilitating and ensuring the successful implementation of these initiatives.

Requirements

7+ years experience in the field of organizational change management
3+ years experience delivering structured training in a professional environment
Experience deploying Google Workspace
Experience as a consultant or client-facing role
Experience providing white glove one-to-one training to VIP level end users such as executives and executive assistants
Experience providing training to large groups of users with varying levels of experience
Ability to communicate across business units and the ability to interface with and effectively communicate to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders at all business levels, including the C-suite and executive assistants
Experience working with sales and engineering teams in an efficient and collaborative manner to clearly identify customer requirements and develop appropriate training or change management to meet customer’s business objectives
Experience scoping and estimating time commitments for custom training and change management engagements
Periodic travel throughout the United States and Canada for face-to-face meetings, trainings, or presentations

Prosci, CCMP or similar certification is an asset

Responsibilities

Act as a true consultant to Pythian’s clients, striving to become their trusted advisor while ensuring they are using Google Workspace efficiently and effectively to maximize collaboration and productivity.
Lead design and development of organizational change management solutions including end-user training requirements, training curriculum, communications, stakeholder management strategies, and resistance management strategies - from presales to project delivery.
Act as the product owner for Pythian’s change management and end-user training services and offerings, maintaining market-relevance, profitability, and business value.
Lead in the documentation of best practices and recommendations for change management and training in support of Pythian’s capabilities.
Develop offerings based on repeat projects, market-need, or customer-demand.
Demonstrate thought leadership through blog posts, brown bag sessions, or other means inside and outside of Pythian.
Provide subject matter expertise in training and change management specific to Google Workspace tools.
Be a Google Workspace champion within Pythian.
Planning and preparing lesson plans and course materials for Google Apps and Pythian developed products and services.
Delivering training sessions virtually and face-to-face in classroom-like one on one settings.
Keeping current with and Delivering consultancy services around the deployment of LumApps, Appsheet and other ISVs of interest.
Assisting with pre-sales activities to scope and design training and change management engagements, and other engagements as requested.
Assisting with ideating around additional training and change management services Pythian can provide to better enable our clients to maximize their collaboration and productivity in Google Workspace and Chrome.
Evaluating training effectiveness by conducting surveys and assessing Key Performance Indicators.
Maintaining relationships with Google Change Management personnel.
