About The Position

Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team. This role focuses on overseeing activities aimed at driving culture changes by assisting leaders in achieving sustainable performance improvements. This is accomplished by building greater capability for change within workforces and teams. The consultant will conduct organizational readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present summary findings before recommending a change plan to the project team and senior leaders. Additionally, the consultant will advise the leadership team on Organizational Development, Change, or Behavioral Change issues that may impact a successful roll-out.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities focused on driving culture changes by helping leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements through building greater capability for change within their workforces and teams.
• Conduct organizational readiness assessment, evaluate results and present summary of findings prior to recommending change plan to project team and senior leaders.
• Understand and advise leadership team on Organizational Development, Change or Behavioral Change Issues that may need to be addressed for a successful roll-out.
