About The Position

Nexer Czech Republic, a division within DANIR AB, is seeking a Change Management Consultant to join a transformation program for their Swedish client, a global manufacturing company. This role will focus on supporting a large-scale business transformation initiative across manufacturing sites, with a particular emphasis on Czech factories. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, local leaders, and change agents to ensure organizational readiness, drive stakeholder engagement, facilitate communication, and promote the adoption of new working methods.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Change Management within large business transformation, ERP, or digital transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of organizational change from both end-user and leadership perspectives.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute change activities effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and execution-oriented approach.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional, international environments.
• Fluent English and Czech (spoken and written).

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Prosci Change Management methodology.
• Experience from manufacturing or factory environments.
• Experience from SAP or other large-scale ERP implementations.
• Knowledge of Change Management tools, techniques, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify impacted stakeholder groups and conduct stakeholder analysis.
• Assess and communicate change impacts across manufacturing sites.
• Support business readiness planning and execution activities.
• Adapt and implement the Change Management approach for Czech factories.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Process Leads, Super Users, and Change Agents.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and leadership alignment.
• Coordinate communication activities related to business transformation and process changes.
• Support change readiness assessments and recommend mitigation actions.
• Work closely with functional teams to ensure effective change adoption.
• Execute Change Management activities in accordance with established methodologies and best practices.
