Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with a minimum of three (3) years related experience.
  • In-depth understanding of organizational change management and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and the ability to convey ideas and concepts to clients which may include executive levels of management.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and autonomously, meeting deadlines independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in organizational change management and leveraging a structured change management approach and methodology within a client environment.
  • Experience delivering formal and informal training to diverse audience groups.
  • Experience with Sales Force or similar CRM technology.
  • Knowledgeable in Grants Management or other funding administration or capabilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport and relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Previous background in Retail workspace a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to both the client site in Columbus, OH and a selection of stakeholder locations, primarily within an assigned Ohio region.
  • Provide change management guidance to stakeholders.
  • Conducting change assessments and reporting on stakeholder readiness or gaps.
  • Meeting with impacted users and stakeholders face-to-face or virtually to exchange information and understand their concerns.
  • Assist in supporting training initiatives for stakeholders of varying experience levels in technological and retail subject areas.
  • Provide guidance and input to training development resources.
  • Communicate client directives and policies to stakeholders, and collect feedback from stakeholders to relay to the client.
  • Ensure timely execution of all OCM-related deliverables.
  • Participate in training delivery and reinforcement on a continuous basis.
