Peraton is seeking a Change Management Associate to lead and manage the organization's IT Change Management practice. This role ensures alignment with ITIL best practices, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements. The Associate will develop, implement, and continuously improve change management processes, procedures, and standards to support efficient evaluation, approval, implementation, and review of IT changes. This includes establishing and maintaining change governance structures, such as technical review boards and Change Advisory Boards (CABs), to ensure appropriate risk and impact assessments are conducted. The role involves reviewing, coordinating, and processing Requests for Change (RFCs), developing change models, monitoring performance through KPIs, and delivering training and communication initiatives. The Associate will also provide expert guidance to leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support process improvement, and participate in after-hours support when required.
