In this role, you will: Lead a portfolio of change management initiatives to help FDA clients and other public health agencies adopt new technologies and innovative ways of working. Partner with cross-functional teams of technologists and process experts to design and implement strategies that drive adoption and minimize resistance. Develop and execute change strategies specifically for technology development, deployment, and rollout, ensuring smooth integration into client operations. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through organizational change and transformation efforts. Generate new business based on client priorities aligned with Guidehouse capabilities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and their practical application.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain necessary clearances for FDA-related work.
  • Experience managing change in technology-driven environments, including software implementation or digital transformation projects. This requires a general understanding of software development lifecycles (e.g., SDLC or EPLC) and experience supporting requirements gathering and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Project management skills including leadership of workplan formation, staffing allocation and supervision, and budget
  • Demonstrated success in supervising and mentoring junior level staff as well as ownership of career development coaching
  • Proven ability selling new work or expanding existing contracts.
  • 8+ years of Professional experience
  • BA/BS degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with federal agencies, particularly the FDA or other public health organizations.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
  • ACMP, Prosci, or similar change management certification.
  • CCMP or PMP Project Management certification.
