Job Summary This role is responsible for leading change management strategy and execution for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Reporting to the AVP, Change Management Office, this position ensures stakeholder alignment, workforce readiness, and sustainable adoption of new systems, processes and other ways of working. This position also plays a pivotal role in developing and advancing Memorial Hermann's change capability as a center of excellence. The Director provides strategic leadership to all levels of the organization, including senior leadership. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on, collaborative execution to drive consistent, effective change practices that align with Memorial Hermann’s mission, culture, and operational priorities.
