AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking a Change Management Analyst to support a government program. This role involves supporting the program’s configuration control board, customer’s technical post implementation review, and root cause analysis of network maintenance issues from both a technical and process perspective. The analyst will also engage with internal and external stakeholders to process program maintenance activities through applicable local and enterprise channels. This position requires a minimum of 5 days per week in the office at a government customer site in Chantilly, VA. The role supports measurement and reporting for weekly and monthly meetings, and interfaces with the customer’s ticket system. Collaboration with Project Managers to integrate change management activities into project plans is essential. The analyst will identify and track program risks and action items, assess risk and cost of changes, and may cover for the team lead in their absence. The role involves managing change and trouble tickets according to Change Management procedures, creating change management plans, and working with project teams for scheduling and release planning. Support for the team lead in ensuring high performance, quality, and timely approvals for changes is also a key responsibility. The analyst will work with engineering and operations teams for change evaluation and vetting maintenance submissions.
