Supports the development and execution of change management plans, driving faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of changes, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. Responsible for creating and designing communication materials, developing and conducting training sessions, and utilizing KPIs to measure, monitor, and evaluate outcomes. Focuses on the execution of change management strategies, resulting in increased benefit realization, value creation, and the achievement of business results and outcomes.
