About The Position

As CohnReznick grows, so do our career opportunities. As one of the nation’s top Professional Services and Business Advisory firms, we foster teams in Advisory, Assurance, and Tax services that value innovation and collaboration in everything they do! CohnReznick helps organizations optimize performance, manage risk, and maximize value through CohnReznick LLP (assurance services) and CohnReznick Advisory LLC (advisory and tax services). Together, the firm provides leaders with deep industry knowledge and relationships, solutions to address clients’ unique business goals and risks, and insight on how emerging market forces can drive opportunity. With offices nationwide, the firm serves organizations around the world as an independent member of Nexia. We currently have an exciting career opportunity in our Business Acceleration Strategy team for a Change Management AI Director based out of one of our CohnReznick offices or remotely. CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week. The Change Management AI Director will lead the strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of organizational change initiatives firmwide. As a senior leader reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), this role partners with the Business Acceleration Strategy Team and other stakeholders to ensure the firm adapts effectively to evolving business strategies, technology implementations (including emerging technologies like AI), cultural transformations, and operational improvements. The Change Management National Director oversees the strategic formation and leadership of the firm’s Change Management Office, supporting firm-wide initiatives, M&A integrations, and business-critical challenges. In the near term, a key focus will be guiding the firm through an AI-enabled transformation initiative – ensuring the responsible adoption and integration of new AI-driven processes by fostering workforce readiness, internal enablement, and a culture of continuous learning. This high-impact role catalyzes enterprise-wide change while embedding modern, AI-enabled ways of working in alignment with CohnReznick’s values and strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Business).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience successfully implementing large-scale change initiatives within professional services or similar fast-paced environments, including significant work with C-level teams and managing change teams through full adoption.
  • At least 5 years of that experience should be in a senior-level, enterprise-wide role leading change across an organization.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior executives as a trusted partner.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining outstanding relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with a strategic mindset focused on aligning change initiatives to business goals.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation and emerging technology trends – the candidate should understand how innovations like AI can impact people and processes, and be adept at guiding organizations through such technology-driven changes with an emphasis on workforce readiness and cultural adoption.
  • Proven project management and organizational skills, with the ability to structure and drive multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Comfortable analyzing metrics and financial data to evaluate change effectiveness (e.g., adoption rates, ROI).
  • Deep experience in driving cultural transformation and fostering a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
  • Adept at developing others – capable of coaching leaders and teams to build change leadership competencies, encourage innovation, and embrace continuous learning.
  • This includes demonstrating the ability to instill confidence in using new tools and processes and to cultivate a culture where change is viewed as an opportunity for growth.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Implement a firm-wide change management strategy and methodology aligned with the company’s vision, values, and business goals, providing consistency of service while delivering a personalized change experience for firm leaders. • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver stakeholder engagement, training, and communication plans that drive adoption and build internal capabilities.
  • Develop the Change Management Office’s service line—defining frameworks, methodologies, tools, and collaboration models—to support these initiatives at an enterprise level.
  • Identify and assess organizational readiness for change, providing tailored strategies to address gaps.
  • Develop solutions to drive culture forward and create a workforce that is ready, willing, and able to grow—for example, enhancing digital literacy and learning agility as the firm introduces new AI-driven tools or processes.
  • Conduct relevant financial analysis (e.g., ROI on transformation initiatives) to ensure change efforts are justified and sustainable.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on navigating and managing complex change initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (executives, department heads, project teams) to champion change adoption across all levels of the organization.
  • Work closely with internal partners (IT, People & Culture, etc.) to integrate change plans into broader firm strategies, ensuring responsible adoption of new capabilities (e.g., AI platforms) aligns with our culture and values.
  • Serve as the primary voice and champion for change management firm-wide.
  • Ensure clear, transparent, and timely communication throughout the organization for all major change programs, including those involving emerging technologies.
  • Role-model effective change leadership for others, and actively grow change leadership skills across the firm (e.g., by training “change champions” and fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptability).
  • Define and track key metrics to measure the success of change initiatives, such as adoption rates, employee engagement, and project ROI.
  • Frequently conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate outcomes and draw lessons learned for future initiatives. In particular, monitor the impact of AI-related changes on productivity and engagement to ensure benefits are realized and any issues are addressed.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative, research-backed approaches to enhance the firm’s change management capabilities. This includes keeping current with best practices in AI-enabled transformation and change enablement for emerging technologies, so CohnReznick can proactively adapt to the future while responsibly managing change.
