Reporting to the Manager, Culture & Change, the Change Leadership Consultant provides strategic consulting, change management, leadership enablement, and leadership development support across the organization. The role partners with leaders to support the successful implementation of initiatives, provide coaching and guidance, enhance leadership effectiveness, and build leader readiness in evolving business environments. The incumbent develops practical recommendations, supports leaders through ambiguity and change, and contributes to the ongoing evolution of leadership and change practices across the organization. The Change Leadership Consultant also leads the planning, coordination, and execution of leadership programs and forums, including leadership update meetings, summits, and other internal leadership engagement initiatives. The Change Leadership Consultant will be a proactive, adaptable professional who can work independently, navigate changing priorities, and support both enterprise-wide initiatives and targeted leadership-focused programs.
