As a Project Coordinator, you will be involved in assisting the Project Manager in ensuring the project is managed to the right quality standards and completed efficiently and on time. You will also assist with establishing effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilized throughout the project, ensuring that key information and data is effectively shared and appropriately retained. Building and maintaining strong relationships with the client and team members, and interfacing with multiple stakeholders, including executive management, project team members, consultants, and vendors, will be key aspects of this role. You will assist with the flow of project information between team members and stakeholders, attend relevant meetings, and update and maintain issues/actions logs as current. The role involves the development of detailed project plans, attendance at status meetings, and follow-up with team members on completion status and close-out of open items. You will contribute to monthly reporting on various aspects of the Client's program and prepare various reports for multiple audiences, including formal project management reports and executive dashboards. Assisting with the preparation of proposals for new projects or variations to existing projects will also be part of your responsibilities. SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
