About The Position

Looking to drive transformation and innovation in a global engineering environment? As a Change Leader within our Financial Systems Centre of Excellence, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering change strategies tied to our One ERP program. You will help ensure successful adoption, standardized ways of working, and long-term value creation across system integrations and ongoing ERP evolution in a highly collaborative, global environment.

Requirements

• Ability to lead change management initiatives within ERP or transformation programs
• Aptitude for engaging stakeholders and driving adoption across global teams
• Proficiency in developing communication, training, and change frameworks
• Ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed organization
• Proficiency in French and English in a professional context

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a scalable change management strategy for ERP integrations and system enhancements
• Lead adoption initiatives across Finance, IT, and Business teams to drive alignment and engagement
• Develop and deliver targeted communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans
• Coordinate change readiness activities for onboarding new entities into the ERP ecosystem
• Establish and manage a global network of change champions and super users
• Build sustainable change management capabilities, tools, and frameworks within Finance
• Measure adoption and effectiveness through KPIs and continuously improve strategies
