About The Position

The Change Control Analyst I position is responsible for timely processing of complete and accurate Engineering Change Orders in the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system. The Analyst will ensure changes comply with company procedure and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • ~1+ years’ experience
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet cross-functional project timelines while promoting collaboration and building strong, trust-based working relationships
  • Demonstrates professional behavior and consistently follows established standards
  • Works independently with strong time management, effectively manages multiple priorities, and communicates clearly through written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

Nice To Haves

  • associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • document control experience
  • knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
  • familiarity with FDA-regulated documentation procedures considered a plus
  • German or Spanish considered a plus

Responsibilities

  • Process Engineering Change Orders using PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and in compliance with applicable procedures that support compliance with regulations and standards pertaining to change management
  • Ensure all change elements are identified, accurate, compliant and assembled for review and approval
  • Facilitates the timely release and change of documentation with documentation originators and approvers (from many levels of the organization) according to project schedules
  • Communicates status of documentation changes and its configuration to engineers, project managers, managers and senior management as requested
  • Complete Document Control assigned tasks timely and with quality results
  • Assist in identifying potential change-related issues and support the development of appropriate solutions under guidance.
  • Provides support during internal and external audits
  • Create and distribute Parts and Documents Released Report, and Pending Approval Report daily. Activate, Inactivate and maintain user accounts in PLM.
