Chemours is seeking a Change Consultant – Technological Change to support adoption and readiness for major technology enabled initiatives across the enterprise. This role is part of the centralized Change Management Center of Excellence (CoE) and partners closely with IT and business teams to ensure technology changes translate into real, sustained business value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Organizational Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading change management for technology or digital initiatives.
  • Experience working closely with IT, data, product, or system implementation teams.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting ERP, digital, data, AI, or enterprise system implementations.
  • Change Certification (Prosci, CCMP, or similar).
  • Familiarity with adoption and readiness metrics.
  • Experience in large, complex organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead change management for major technology‑enabled initiatives, partnering with IT and business stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute integrated change plans addressing stakeholder impacts, readiness, and adoption.
  • Translate technical changes into clear business and employee impacts.
  • Develop and execute change management plan to drive sustained user adoption.
  • Develop and deliver interventions for impacted stakeholders to support effective and sustained adoption of desired future state, to include training design and development.
  • Track adoption and readiness metrics and address resistance and risk.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise change standards, tools, and portfolio governance.
