About The Position

We are seeking a Change Activation Manager - Content to create and manage a system that ensures consistency in our communications regarding AI and data initiatives. This role is crucial for maintaining a coherent narrative as the volume of content grows, preventing conflicting messages and ensuring that powerful examples are effectively utilized. The ideal candidate will act as an editor, strategist, and librarian, ensuring all content builds upon previous communications and strengthens our overall narrative.

Responsibilities

  • Own the editorial strategy for AI and data across communications, presentations, stories, executive messaging, QBRs, events, and other channels.
  • Maintain a clear view of the whole content ecosystem, tracking published content, audience communication, message needs, traction, and identifying gaps or inconsistencies.
  • Build and maintain systems for content reusability and discoverability, ensuring easy access to stories, executive examples, data points, case studies, and proof points.
  • Manage the content library as a product, understanding user needs (leaders and content creators) and continuously improving it.
  • Act as the steward of narrative consistency, identifying and resolving conflicting messages, overlapping content, and opportunities for simplification.
  • Own the data and DxP wins story engine, actively sourcing, shaping, and recirculating stories of data outcomes to make data progress visible and well-told.
  • Partner with DxP and EDO teams to maintain a pipeline of stories.
  • Curate and update a portfolio of examples, success stories, use cases, proof points, and executive narratives for deployment across communications and events.
  • Advise leaders and content creators on message selection and audience context, considering previous communications and audience exposure.
  • Edit and refine content across formats for clarity, consistency, and alignment with change objectives.
  • Create scalable content operations, leveraging AI to manage growing volume without sacrificing quality, coherence, or institutional memory.
  • Establish a system for intake and prioritization of requests, enabling confident decision-making on what can be addressed.
  • Measure the effectiveness of the content system by tracking content reuse and reduction in duplicate work.
