About The Position
The Champagne Passer is responsible for professionally serving champagne and welcoming guests to the lounge/club. This role is vital in creating an elegant, welcoming atmosphere and enhancing the guest experience through attentive and refined service. Legends is the official hospitality partner of Raymond James Stadium, home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The partnership includes overseeing the Raymond James Stadium food and beverage program development and management for concessions, suites and premium areas for all game days, concerts, special events and any food and beverage related activations for the iconic Pirate Ship. Requirements
- Ability to carry trays gracefully and work standing for extended periods.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional attire required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous hospitality or fine dining experience preferred.
- Knowledge of champagne and wine service etiquette is an asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and offer champagne with grace and professionalism.
- Ensure glasses are clean, polished, and properly presented.
- Monitor guest consumption discreetly.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at all times.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of champagne service stations or trays.
- Work closely with event staff to time service with key event moments.
- Represent the club/lounge with a poised, polished, and friendly demeanor.
