About The Position
The Champagne Passer is responsible for professionally serving champagne and welcoming guests to the lounge/club. This role is vital in creating an elegant, welcoming atmosphere and enhancing the guest experience through attentive and refined service.
Requirements
- Ability to carry trays gracefully and work standing for extended periods.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional attire required
Nice To Haves
- Previous hospitality or fine dining experience preferred.
- Knowledge of champagne and wine service etiquette is an asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and offer champagne with grace and professionalism.
- Ensure glasses are clean, polished, and properly presented.
- Monitor guest consumption discreetly
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at all times.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of champagne service stations or trays.
- Work closely with event staff to time service with key event moments
- Represent the club/lounge with a poised, polished, and friendly demeanor.
